Sandcastle Dreams Realty acts as your exclusive buyers agent in Mexico. We only re-sell previous client's properties. We also handle lisitngs for friends who are developers and/or builders. Sandcastle Dreams Realty can help you with the purchase of any property in mexico at no cost to the purchaser. We are here to assure you (the purchaser) that we are exclusively working in your best interest. Real estate commissions are paid by the seller only.
All transactions by the Sandcastle Dreams Realty team are reviewed and approved by Danny to ensure the highest possible service.
When you work with us here are the steps we follow to ensure you have an enjoyable buying process.
1. Evaluate the client's needs. We will confer with you to determine your exact wants and needs and identify an optimal property profile.
2. Create a mutually beneficial agreement. An exclusive agreement for which we "clear the decks" and make your needs our highest priority.
3. Target Potential Properties. We identify potential properties using internal. and external databases, industry networking, and direct sourcing.
4. Select the proper candidates. After the targeting process, we profile and visit the potential properties and present the ones that best meet your needs.
5. Negotiate and Close. To help simplify the process for you, we act as a go between, from the initial offer, to the negotiation, and finally the close.
6. Facilitate Transition. To ensure success, we prepare and follow up with any necessary documents that will be hand delivered to your notary and title officers. |
